Q: When will my order ship?
A: We ship all orders Monday - Saturday. On public holidays, your order will ship the next available shipping day.
Q: What kind of shipping should I choose for my order?
A: For most countries there are a couple of options available to get your order to you when you need it.
In the USA, your order will be sent with USPS Priority Mail or UPS ground depending on which is faster for your order.
For Canada, we ship from the USA with UPS and import duties/taxes are the responsibility of the customer. UPS will reach out to the recipient automatically to arrange this, as usual.
In other countries, standard shipments will be delivered by your local major post company i.e. Australia = Australia Post, UK = Royal Mail.
Express shipping is most commonly provided by DHL Express but we also use Fedex and other couriers. If you would like to confirm the courier and it is not listed in the shipping methods for you to select then email us at email@example.com and we would be more than happy to give you specific information. We understand that the courier you use impacts certain regions more than others so no shame in wanting all the info :)
Please refer to the timeframes during your checkout as it will refer to your specific address.
Q: I placed an order, but haven’t received my package yet, and I ordered it a while ago; where is it?
A: We want you to get your order quickly and error free. Since we work with a massive range of postage companies to serve everyone worldwide, we will need your help too! If it’s taking longer than usual, first take a look at your tracking number that gets emailed to you upon shipping. You can locate this email by searching your inbox (or junk mail if you have a strict email filter) for your order number. If the tracking indicates that the package has been delivered, give the postage company a call; they are the most appropriate people to help in this case.
Please take note of the shipping times and take into account public holidays and peak seasons like Black Friday and Christmas. The shipping timeframes are set by the postage companies and are guides only. The overwhelming majority of shipments fall comfortably within the timeframe stated however public holidays and peak seasons have the potential to extend shipping timeframes without our knowledge. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee delivery within the timeframes set but we can guarantee that you will receive what you order - we won't sleep until you get what you ordered.

Q: Do you ship Worldwide?
A: Yes we do! We can ship just about anywhere, but it can get pricey depending on where you are located. Duties and taxes associated with international shipping apply solely to the customer and we assume no responsibility for issues with international shipping. We worked hard to arrange delivery capabilities no matter your address. If you have any trouble completing a purchase with your delivery address it's likely because your address is a little off the beaten path for Basal so email us at email@example.com and we will take care of you personally.
Q: Do you experience shipping delays in peak seasons?
A: Yes, delays can be common during the busy period i.e. Black Friday, Cyber Monday and Christmas time. Please allow extra shipping time in peak seasons.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We can help with returns on a case by case basis. Used products cannot be returned.
Returns on equipment items that are unopened/unused may be shipped back to us at your own cost within 30 days of purchase. Returns are refunded when the item is received by us.
We are not responsible for uninsured packages that are lost in transit.
